1. Who handles refunds
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders, and it processes every refund to your original payment method.
2. 14-day refunds
If you are not happy with SightFlow Pro, you can ask for a full refund within 14 days of any payment, whether it is your first payment or a renewal. You do not need to give a reason.
After 14 days, payments are not refundable, except where the law requires a refund or where Section 5 applies. Partial refunds are not given for the unused part of a monthly or yearly period.
3. How to request a refund
- Use the link in your Paddle receipt email, or find your order at paddle.net.
- Or email varnavsky06@gmail.com from your account email, and we will ask Paddle to issue the refund.
Refunds usually reach your account within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider. When a refund is issued, the subscription is canceled and your account returns to the Free plan.
4. Cancellation
You can cancel at any time with Manage subscription in Preferences or with the link in any email from Paddle about your subscription. Canceling stops future renewals. You keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for. Canceling on its own does not refund the current period; to get a refund, request one within the 14 days described above.
Deleting your account cancels the subscription immediately and Pro access ends at once. If you delete your account within 14 days of a payment, you can still request a refund for that payment.
5. If we discontinue Pro
If we stop offering SightFlow Pro, we will refund the unused part of any prepaid period.
6. Your legal rights
This policy does not limit any rights you have under consumer protection law where you live. Paddle’s refund policy and Buyer Terms also apply. See our Terms of Use for the full subscription terms.
